Human resource development is the driving force and the primary determinant of development in every society. Qualifed Social Workers in southrn punjab provence  being well cognizant of this need of the changing times, decided to establish the organization. Lack of professional staff in CBOs and rarely supported Research based themes are very sever issues in social development.
Keeping the scenario in view a need for research based organization was felt which could bring socio-cultural problems on lime light through research. Realizing the need for same students of Social Work Department with the coordination of qualified social workers formed an organization named as Research based Association for the Advancement of Society purely for empowerment based on research oriented welfare initiatives
we have professional social workers who could initiate the problem solving process for communities, individuals, institutions and society at large.

It is a pool of researchers, scientists, implementers and policy scholars who believes in sustainable action for all spheres of life.
